1. GENERAL

1.1. PerfectJeans.dk is a website operated by Perfect Jeans ApS (hereinafter referred to as "Perfect Jeans", "us" or "we"), a company registered in Denmark under CVR number 40587438 and has an address at Abildvej 5A, 5700 Svendborg.

1.2. Our VAT number is DK40587438.

Perfect Jeans can be contacted with any questions regarding these Terms and Conditions and questions related to orders and purchases at the following email address: support@perfectjeans.dk.

1.4. These terms and conditions govern the terms of sale for all orders made by the customer (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "the customer") on the domain perfectjeans.dk, from the moment you place an order to payment and delivery. By ordering a product, you agree to be legally bound by these terms of trade. Make sure you have read and understood them before ordering. The customer and Perfect Jeans are hereinafter collectively referred to as "the parties".

1.5. Perfect Jeans reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time. The new version is not retroactive, and the parties are only bound by the terms of trade that are online the day the order is placed.

1.6. In these terms and conditions, the following expressions have the following meanings:
a) "Website" means the domain www.perfectjeans.dk.
b) "You" means the customer placing an order.
c) "Customer" or "The Customer" means the person placing an order.
d) "Business Day": a day that is neither (i) a Saturday or Sunday, nor (ii) a public holiday in the customer's country.
e) "Order" means the order you have submitted to the website to purchase goods from us.
f) "Content" means all texts, graphics, videos, images, and all other information published on the website.
g) "Third Party Websites": any website not provided by Perfect Jeans.
h) "Contract" means the order you have placed to order product(s) in accordance with these terms of trade.

2. CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT

2.1. By placing an order on the website, you are offered to purchase products subject to these terms of trade.

2.2. You must be at least 18 years old and ensure that all the information you provide us is correct. 

2.3. The parties agree that the images of the goods for sale on the website have no contractual value.

Perfect Jeans reserves the right to refuse any purchase request made by you for legitimate reasons, such as if we are unable to process your payment or if a product becomes out of stock. If your order is accepted, we will inform you via email as described under provision 2.5. 

The website will guide you step by step in completing your purchase and placing your order. You will be shown an overview with all detailed information about your order before making your purchase. We strongly recommend checking all details of your order before completing your purchase, as we cannot guarantee that we can later change your information.

2.6. You will receive an order confirmation at the registered email with all the details of your purchase when you have placed an order on the website. This email is only a confirmation of your order and is not a purchase agreement. A contract between the partners for the purchase of the order will be established when your order is dispatched and has left our warehouse.

2.7. Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes sold out between the time you place an order and the time our warehouse processes it, we will cancel the purchase of the said product as it is no longer available. If this is the case, we will notify you of this and issue a refund.

2.8. If for any reason we cannot fulfill your order, you will receive a cancellation email. If payment has already been withdrawn for such a canceled order, we will refund the same amount using the same method used to make the payment. If alternative arrangements are needed for any reason, Perfect Jeans will contact you.

3. PRICE AND PAYMENT

3.1. The prices stated on the website apply to all orders made via the website. All prices include VAT (if applicable). Delivery costs and any other applicable charges are additionally charged and clearly displayed during the checkout process.

3.2. Perfect Jeans reserves the right to change or update information at any time without any warning, including errors with prices, images, details, and descriptions displayed on the website.

3.3. If incorrect information is provided for any product you have purchased, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service under the conditions set out in point 1.3 of these terms and conditions.

3.4. We offer various forms of payment methods. You will be able to find all payment methods available for your country during the checkout process.

Please note that we do not accept cash or checks.

3.5. All payments are subject to validation checks and approval by the payment provider you have chosen. If the provider refuses or for any reason does not allow payment, you will then be notified via email and/or during the attempt to place the order.

3.7. Occasionally, we may offer special offers and discounts on certain products on the website. Terms of use in connection with special offers or discounts will be specified at the time of issuance. One discount code can be used per purchase. 

3.8. We reserve the right to withdraw such special offers or discounts at any time without notice.

3.9 Please be aware that Perfect Jeans is not responsible for any bank or transfer fees.

3.10 There is 1 free exchange per order. Thereafter, each label costs 40 kr. If you want a refund, 49 kr will be deducted for your return label when the money is credited.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

4.1. Shipping costs will be charged in addition to the purchase price of your product, which is clearly displayed where relevant and included at checkout before you pay.

4.2. We aim to dispatch orders within 1 business day after order confirmation. Please note that shipping time may take longer due to peak season, unexpected events, or product availability.

4.3. We make a reservation on the card used for purchase to ensure there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction. The product you purchased will not be shipped until the order is completed and payment is reserved.

4.4. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your package is dispatched, indicating an estimated delivery time. The promised delivery time starts from the moment you receive your confirmation email.

4.5. Depending on your location, you will receive different delivery options. The size of the delivery fee depends on the delivery option you choose to select. You will be able to find all the delivery methods available for your country during the checkout process.

4.6. You must provide us with complete and accurate delivery address information, as we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change it after purchase. The customer is solely responsible for delivery errors due to missing or incorrect information or errors in the delivery address.

4.7. Our carriers will do everything to deliver your order within the promised delivery time. Nevertheless, delays are sometimes unavoidable. Please contact our customer service if you have not received your package within the expected delivery time.

4.8. Our carriers do not deliver on weekends and holidays.

4.9. If the customer chooses to have the package delivered to their private address, the shipping company will attempt to deliver the package to the private address. If the package cannot be delivered, it will be sent to a package shop or post office near the customer. 

4.10. It is the customer's responsibility to collect their package within the deadline specified by the carrier. If the package is not collected within this deadline, it will be returned to Perfect Jeans, and the goods will be stored. Perfect Jeans can therefore not guarantee that the goods can be delivered again.

If the customer fails to collect the package, Perfect Jeans reserves the right to cancel the purchase. Ownership of the item normally transfers to the customer upon payment, but if the customer fails to fulfill their obligation to receive the item, Perfect Jeans may cancel the agreement and consider the purchase as canceled.

If the goods are still in stock, the customer can request redelivery, provided the payment has not been refunded. Perfect Jeans reserves the right to charge an amount to cover the additional costs associated with redelivery. If the goods are no longer available, or if the customer wishes to have the purchase credited even though the goods are still in stock, a fee of 100 DKK will be charged to cover the costs associated with the uncollected package.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

5.1. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. If you wish to return, this can be done through the return portal on the site. Note that you bear the cost of returning your item(s) to us. The price for our return label will appear on the return portal. The price for the return label will be deducted upon crediting when we process the customer's return package. 

5.2. Returns are accepted provided the product is in its original condition, unwashed, odorless, without animal hair, and all tags are still attached. The items must appear as new so we can resell them. If the item is not in new condition, you will not lose your right of withdrawal, but you should expect to be charged for the lost value. If the item is worthless after use, the money cannot be returned.

5.3. The customer is responsible for ensuring the package arrives safely at Perfect Jeans address in accordance with point 1.1. Perfect Jeans does not pick up packages at parcel shops, post offices, or other locations. All returns must therefore be delivered to Perfect Jeans address.

5.4. As soon as your return reaches our warehouse and has been processed by us, we will issue a refund or exchange your item according to the customer's wish. The return process can take up to two (2) weeks from the moment we have received your order back. Perfect Jeans reserves the right to refuse an exchange and make a refund on the returned item. If you wish for an exchange and the item is not in stock, an electronic voucher will be issued and sent to your email. The electronic voucher is valid for one year from the date of issue. If you are within the return period, this voucher can be canceled by sending us written notice.

5.5. Once we have processed your return, you will receive a credit note by email. You will then receive your refund within two (2) to five (5) business days. We refund the paid amount considering any discounts. If you have used a discount code or offer in connection with your purchase and the total value of the order is less than or equal to the value of the discount code, as a result of subsequently withdrawing part of your order, we reserve the right to charge you the original price for the items you keep or for shipping if the order no longer meets the conditions for the discount.

5.6 The refund does not include delivery charges you have paid in addition to standard delivery. Standard delivery is always the cheapest delivery method. All refunds will be made using the same payment method you used to purchase the product. If you pay via invoice, your payment provider may contact you to pay out the refund.

5.7. Please note that you can only return products purchased on the website.

5.8. Note that you will be charged the costs Perfect Jeans may incur in connection with an exchange if you choose to return the exchanged item. There is 1 free exchange per order.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND WARRANTIES

6.1. We make no warranties regarding this website or the information, materials, content provided. We do not guarantee that the website will be continuously available, or that the information on this website is true, non-misleading, or accurate.

6.2. Any information and content on the website should not be interpreted as Perfect Jeans, giving advice of any kind.

6.3. You agree not to use any of our products for commercial, business, or resale purposes, and we exclude liability for loss of income/profits, loss of contracts, loss of business, loss of opportunity, or loss of reputation.

7. TRADEMARKS

7.1. The trademarks, names, and logos on the website are registered and unregistered trademarks belonging to Perfect Jeans. Prior written permission from Perfect Jeans is required for the use of any trademark, image, or video from the website. It is therefore strictly prohibited to copy, reproduce, download, post, transmit, or distribute any content originating from the website in any way.

8. COMPLAINTS

8.1. We take all complaints very seriously and strive to resolve disputes as soon as they arise. Customers wishing to complain are encouraged to contact our customer service team as soon as possible under the conditions set out in section 1.3 or by using the contact details on the website (https://www.perfectjeans.dk/pages/kontakt)

9. PRIVACY POLICY

9.1. Personal data provided to Perfect Jeans ApS will only be disclosed to:
• the company's internal departments
• selected and trusted third parties who may use your personal data for the purpose of delivering goods or services you have ordered
• business partners for the purpose of registering and maintaining your user account

9.2. To further develop and improve www.perfectjeans.dk, we keep statistics on how you use the website.
Personal data is registered with Perfect Jeans ApS and stored in accordance with the data protection law, after which the data is deleted.
We only cooperate with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your data with adequate protection.

At Perfect Jeans ApS, you always have the right to send us your

10. CONFLICT OVER TERMS OF TRADE

10.1. If there is a conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of these terms of trade and other relevant terms and conditions, policies, or notices, the other relevant terms and conditions, policies, or notices specifically relating to a particular section in Perfect Jeans will no longer be valid.

11. SEVERABILITY

11.1. If any provision in these terms and conditions becomes inappropriate or invalid in any jurisdiction, court, or authority, the remaining provision and all other provisions remain fully effective.

12. LAW AND DISPUTES

12.1. These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with Danish law.

12.2. Contracts entered into via the website and any dispute arising from or in connection with it are subject to Danish law. An amicable solution (through an ombudsman system) should be considered before any legal remedies. In the event that this solution fails, Danish courts shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising from these terms and conditions. This provision must not deprive European consumers of their national statutory rights.

12.3. In the event of a disagreement or claim related to these Terms, we will comply with the assessment of the Danish Consumer Ombudsman or the equivalent authority in the respective country.
